And, as it turns out, I got two offers at my asking price within 28 hours and I sacrificed nothing. I would definitely recommend Value Nation to someone who's sitting on the fence. We both sold and purchased a home using Andy Cooper at Value Nation as our real estate agent, and I can't say enough good things about him. Not only that, but Andy gave us half his buying agent commission, which allowed us to pay nothing in closing costs AND pre-pay our HOA dues for a whole year! This is unheard of and just incredibly generous.
